Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Data Analyst will use Python, SQL, and advanced AI tools such as DAV and Claude to collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets that inform product, operations, and automation decisions. Daily responsibilities include building dashboards, creating data models, and generating reports that highlight trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for optimization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical problems, designing experiments, and presenting insights in a clear, actionable format. The Data Analyst will also contribute to continuous improvement of data pipelines and analytics processes to support scalable AI-driven business operations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive actionable insights.
- Solid foundation in statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and basic experimental design.
- Experience with data modeling and designing efficient, well-structured data schemas for reporting and analysis.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., DAV, Claude or similar) for data-driven automation and insight generation.
- Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or equivalent) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams.
