We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and data-driven Data Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–4 years of experience who are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, solving business problems, and supporting data-driven decision-making.
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Business, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams to collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data. You will develop dashboards, track KPIs, identify trends, and provide insights that help improve business performance and customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
Write SQL queries to extract and analyze business data.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through exploratory data analysis.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Business teams to understand analytical requirements.
Translate business questions into data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.
Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Support business and product decisions through data-backed insights.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1–4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics or related roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with at least one business intelligence or data visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of data analysis, reporting, and basic statistical concepts.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Experience working with large datasets and translating business requirements into actionable insights is preferred.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to stakeholders is highly desirable.
