Data Eminence is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve business performance and support strategic decision-making. As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with business teams, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver accurate reports and actionable insights. You will help maintain dashboards, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for process improvement using data-driven methods.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, cleaning, and validating data from multiple sources
- Analyzing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Creating reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Assisting with data visualization and performance tracking
- Supporting ad-hoc analysis and business reporting requests
- Monitoring data quality and resolving inconsistencies
- Documenting analytical processes and reporting methodologies
You will receive mentorship from experienced analysts and gain exposure to SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and cloud-based analytics platforms. You’ll also develop skills in data visualization, business intelligence, and statistical analysis.
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills are essential. You should be comfortable working with data, interpreting results, and communicating findings clearly to remote teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a relevant internship
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts and statistical techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
