About the role
Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field; 4+ years supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or changeover experience; 4+ years supplier quality experience; manufacturing experience; process knowledge in tooling, die, sand cast, forgings, stamping, welding, injection mold, machining, heat treatment, electronics soldering, sewing, cab and chassis components, or mechatronics; materials expertise; ability to read drawings/prints with GD&T; structured problem solving, project management, negotiations; MS365; executive presentation skills; travel up to 75% including international; legal authorization to work permanently in the US.
