D2C Manager – Performance Marketing
📍 Bangalore | Work from Office
We’re looking for a high-ownership D2C growth professional to help build and scale our premium Personal Care & Ayurveda brand.
If you know how to turn ad spends into customers, customers into repeat buyers, and data into growth — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Own
• D2C revenue, growth & customer acquisition
• Meta & Google performance marketing
• CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR & LTV
• Website, landing page & conversion optimization
• Campaign planning, budgets & performance analytics
• Retention, remarketing & customer growth
• Coordination with creative, influencer & agency partners
Who We’re Looking For
✨ Relevant experience in a Personal Care / Beauty / Skincare / Haircare / Ayurveda / Wellness brand is a MUST.
We’re particularly interested in professionals who have worked with a D2C start-up and understand what it takes to build a brand in a competitive consumer category.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads & Shopify is essential.
We’re looking for someone who is data-driven, commercially sharp, entrepreneurial and obsessed with growth.
