Job Title: Cybersecurity – Delivery Lead
Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Summary
The Cybersecurity Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of product and platform security projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, risk posture, and regulatory requirements. This role combines Agile leadership, project governance, stakeholder management, and deep cybersecurity domain understanding
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex cybersecurity initiatives (e.g., Application security, cloud security, AI security, Cyber Defense, Data platform security programs)
- Apply working knowledge of threat modeling, secure design reviews, and secure architecture principles
- Own program planning, execution, and delivery across multiple Agile teams or workstreams.
- Act as Scrum Master / Agile Coach where needed; drive Agile maturity (Scrum, Kanban)
- Track roadmaps, milestones, and delivery metrics (OKRs, KPIs)
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Drive delivery predictability through capacity planning and backlog prioritization
- Improve delivery outcomes using metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput.
- Drive risk mitigation and issue resolution at program level
- Use Jira/Confluence for workflow tracking and reporting
- Develop dashboards and reports for stakeholder and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Agile Delivery roles
- Experience delivering complex, cross-team technical programs in security domains
- Strong understanding of application security or cloud security concepts
- Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for program delivery and reporting
- Hands on experience with cloud security, application security, or product security.
- Experience building automation and workflows for program tracking and continuous reporting
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and manage senior stakeholders
