JOB SUMMARY
Our client is looking for an experienced AI Delivery Lead specializing in AI implementation, with more than 4 years of proven experience in AI development and implementation.
The ideal candidate will lead AI solution design, development, and deployment, leveraging strong expertise in Python, Azure AI, cloud services, and video processing technologies to deliver innovative, scalable, secure, and high-performance AI solutions.
This is a client-facing leadership position requiring excellent communication, strong technical leadership, project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead AI solution architecture and implementation across projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate AI opportunities.
- Develop and optimize AI models using Python and Azure services.
- Integrate video analytics capabilities into AI solutions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, and security of AI systems.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
- Work with the Team Lead to ensure designs and code conform to defined architecture and standards.
- Participate in requirements gathering and review functional specifications with Business Analysts.
- Participate in peer reviews to improve overall project quality.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of total professional experience.
- More than 4 years of experience in AI development and implementation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python programming.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud services.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Minimum 2 years of job stability within an organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder-management skills.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 4 years of experience in AI development and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud services.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of edge AI deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices in AI projects.
- Ability to work in Agile environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP)

SINGAPORE TRAVEL & ASSIGNMENT
- The selected candidate will travel to Singapore within 30–45 days from onboarding, subject to completion of the required paperwork.
- Salary will be provided in INR.
