Role Description: The Customer Support Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions. Prepare a daily issues report through WhatsApp groups, emails, and call conversations. Daily tasks include assisting users with platform navigation, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members. The role also involves documenting customer interactions, tracking common issues, and sharing feedback with product and operations teams to improve overall customer experience. The Trainee will collaborate closely with colleagues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on empathetic and solution-oriented service.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and clear communication abilities for interacting with diverse customers and internal teams.
- Basic Technical Support capabilities and comfort with learning new software tools and platforms.
- Analytical Skills to understand customer issues, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Noida, with a proactive and dependable work ethic.
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Interest in the travel or technology sector and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
