Role Description The Customer Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues. The specialist will provide both general and technical support related to Compiler Community’s workshops, trainings, and platforms, while documenting common issues and contributing to FAQs and support materials. Daily responsibilities include tracking support tickets, following up to confirm customer satisfaction, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams, and maintaining clear, professional communication. The role also includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to share customer feedback and help improve services and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, with experience managing inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, including clear communication, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Ability to provide Technical Support, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and guide users through platform features.
- Solid Analytical Skills to understand customer problems, identify patterns, and suggest improvements.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort working with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in education, technology, or community-focused organizations.
- Relevant diploma or degree, or equivalent practical experience in customer service or related fields.
