Role Description
- Handle 80–100 inbound & outbound customer calls/day
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support
- Maintain customer records and update data in MS Excel
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities
- Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Support upselling and identify relevant opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer-handling & calling skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong multitasking & time-management skills
- Problem-solving and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
