📢 We’re Hiring: Customer Support Intern | Vedic Divine
Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making customers feel heard?
Vedic Divine is looking for a friendly and organised Customer Support Intern to join our team in Ahmedabad.
💼 Role: Customer Support Intern
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat — On-site
🕒 Type: Internship
💰 Stipend: To be discussed during the interview
📅 Duration: 3 Months, After that you will hired fulltime based on the performance
What you’ll do:
- Respond to customer queries through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other support channels
- Help customers with product questions, order status, payments, delivery, and offers
- Explain shipping, return, and refund policies clearly
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve customer concerns
- Keep customer records updated and follow up on pending issues
- Share customer feedback and recurring concerns with the team
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has good communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati is a plus
- Is patient, polite, and solution-oriented
- Is comfortable using basic computer tools and spreadsheets
- Pays attention to detail and can manage follow-ups
- Is eager to learn about customer support and e-commerce
Prior customer support experience is helpful, but freshers who are keen to learn are welcome to apply.
