Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in New Delhi. The Customer Support Executive will handle patient and customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and through online channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Responsibilities include guiding patients through appointment scheduling, explaining services and procedures, managing follow-ups, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams to resolve issues. The role involves maintaining detailed records of interactions, monitoring customer satisfaction, and escalating technical or service-related concerns when needed. The executive will also support digital and online queries, provide basic information about non-invasive treatments, and contribute to a caring, professional experience for all visitors.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and patience.
- Candidates should possess abilities in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction, including handling feedback and resolving concerns effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in Online Support, such as responding to emails, chat queries, and other digital communication channels.
- Candidates should possess basic Technical Support capabilities related to patient information systems, appointment software, and communication tools.
- Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi, along with strong interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should possess good organizational abilities, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- A minimum of a high school diploma is required; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.
