Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Position: Customer Support Executive
Process: International Customer Support
Employment: Full-Time | Work from Office
Shift: Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts Mostly)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
CTC:
Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 / month CTC
Experienced: Up to ₹32,000 / month CTC
Salary will depend on experience, communication skills & interview performance
About the Role
We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic individuals to join our International Customer Support team in Jaipur.
If you have excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, email & chat
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Handle complaints and service requests professionally
Update customer information and interactions in CRM
Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution
Follow company policies, quality standards and processes
Who Can Apply?
Freshers:
Graduate in any discipline
Excellent verbal & written English communication
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
Experienced Candidates:
6 months–1 years experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / BPO / Call Centre
International process experience will be an advantage
Good communication and problem-solving skills
CRM knowledge is an added advantage
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
