Zaptick is a bootstrapped, fast-moving omnichannel CPaaS platform and an official Meta Business Partner. We power WhatsApp Business API, Instagram, RCS, SMS, Email, and Voice AI for 12,500+ businesses — and we're building toward a million. Our team is young, hungry, and allergic to bureaucracy.
We work with some of the biggest names in the country — Dhruv Rathee, Siddharth Rajsekar, AI Fiesta, and a growing roster of D2C brands, creators, and enterprises who trust us to run their most important customer conversations. When you own an account here, you're not babysitting a dashboard. You're the reason a founder sleeps well at night.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end onboarding and adoption for a portfolio of brands — getting them to real value, fast.
- The relationship. You're the face of Zaptick to founders, marketing leads, and CXOs.
- Retention, renewals, and growth — spotting upsell and cross-sell before the customer even asks.
- Turning WhatsApp campaign data, engagement metrics, and customer behaviour into recommendations that actually move the needle.
- Being the voice of the customer inside Zaptick — pushing Product and Engineering to build what merchants truly need.
Who You Are
- 1.5–2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services — ideally in SaaS, MarTech, or marketing automation.
- You already know the nuances of the WhatsApp Business API — template categories, quality ratings, messaging limits, opt-ins, BSP mechanics. You understand how these platforms actually work under the hood, not just from a demo.
- Sharp with data. You can look at numbers and tell a story that leads to action.
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
- You want ownership and want to work with customers up close — not from behind a ticket queue.
The Details
- Location: Onsite, Kolkata. This is not remote.
- Compensation: ₹5.4 LPA fixed + ₹1–1.2 LPA variable → Expected CTC ₹6.4 LPA
- Team: Young, high-ownership, founder-led. You'll have a front-row seat and real influence.
