About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to review AI-generated websites and digital benefit guides.
This is not a technical or coding role. We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, strong English comprehension, and a good eye for website design, UI, graphics, and overall visual quality. The ideal candidate should be able to identify whether a website looks professional, is visually appealing, follows branding guidelines, and accurately reflects the source documents.
The role involves validating AI-generated content, reviewing website layouts, checking benefit information against client documents, and ensuring high-quality final deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
AI Content Validation:
- Review AI-generated employee benefits websites and digital benefit guides.
- Compare AI-generated content with original client documents.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
- Verify that benefit descriptions accurately match the source documentation.
- Ensure eligibility criteria, deductibles, copays, coverage limits, and plan information are correctly presented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience reviewing websites or digital content.
- Basic understanding of website layouts and UI/UX.
- Knowledge of graphic design principles.
- Ability to identify whether a website looks professional and visually appealing.
- Experience working with AI-generated content.
- Familiarity with employee benefits or insurance documentation is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Basic image editing knowledge is a plus.
