Job Description
We are hiring Knowledge Process Associates (KPA) for a leading domestic BPO in Gurugram.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience while following defined processes and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and emails professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.
- Provide appropriate information and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, KPO, BPO, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
