Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through inbound calls and chats (English)
• Resolve customer concerns and escalations effectively
• Deliver excellent customer service and support
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Minimum 12th Pass
✅ Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
Salary & Benefits
💰 CTC: ₹18,000 per month
💵 In-hand Salary: ₹14,000 per month
🎯 Performance Bonus: Up to ₹1,000 per month
