💼 Position: International Customer Service & Sales Representative
📍 Location: Bopal, Ahmedabad

🌎 Process: USA & UK Voice Process
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in international markets
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Present products and services effectively to customers
• Negotiate and close sales opportunities
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Enhance customer experience and encourage repeat business
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
🎯 Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Experience in International Sales / International Voice Process / Customer Service will be preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Strong customer-focused approach
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
