Role Description The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing service bookings, and providing detailed information about TLL’s restoration and cleaning services. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to calls and messages, maintaining customer records, coordinating with technicians and logistics teams, and ensuring timely updates to customers on service status and delivery. The role also involves managing customer feedback, resolving issues, and supporting a smooth door pick-up and drop-off experience. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mayur Vihar, requiring consistent presence and collaboration with the operations team.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Candidates should possess Customer Support and Customer Service skills for handling inquiries and resolving issues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service Management skills to maintain quality standards and support repeat business.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with proficiency in English; Hindi or additional languages are an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or service-based businesses is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Mayur Vihar, manage multiple tasks, and use basic computer and CRM tools.
- Professional, empathetic attitude and interest in fashion, luxury, or sustainable products is beneficial.
- Salary range will be 15000 to 20000 in hand
