We’re Hiring | Customer Service Executive – Remote
Are you someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and communicating with people?
We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in customer support, especially in a SaaS or technology environment, and is comfortable handling customer queries professionally.

🔹 What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Responding to customer questions and support requests
• Understanding customer concerns and providing suitable solutions
• Communicating with customers through relevant support channels
• Following up on customer issues when required
• Maintaining a professional and helpful approach while handling customers
• Coordinating with the internal team to resolve customer concerns
• Ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience
What We’re Looking For
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Previous experience in Customer Service or SaaS Support
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Ability to understand customer needs and respond clearly
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Candidates who can join immediately are preferred
