Our programs include online courses, group mentorships, 1-on-1 coaching, and immersive in-person bootcamps, all focused on helping clients overcome social anxiety, communicate confidently, and build meaningful relationships.

Team members play a key role in both client success and business operations, contributing to day-to-day execution, process management, and building systems that help the company scale.
This is a full-time, in-office role - located in Saket, Delhi. (No part-time / No WFH)
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle lead conversion, client onboarding, and appointment setting
2. Manage calls, follow-ups, reminders, and client coordination
3. Track payments/installments and resolve client queries
4. Support daily operations and ensure a smooth client experience
5. Leverage ChatGPT and other AI tools for communication, automation, and workflow efficiency
6. Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
7. Good social and sales skills (confident on calls)
8. Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
9. Organized, reliable, and target-driven
10. Prior experience in sales/customer support is a plus
