About the Role
The CAD Co. is looking for Sales & Customer Retention Executives to manage and strengthen relationships with our international clients in the jewelry design industry.
We are seeking professionals with strong English communication skills and experience in sales, customer retention, or account management. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, improving customer satisfaction, and generating repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Improve customer retention and encourage repeat business.
- Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback professionally.
- Identify additional sales opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records using CRM tools.
- Communicate with international clients across different time zones.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer retention, or account management preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Knowledge of the diamond or jewelry industry is an advantage.
- Must be based in Mumbai and available to work in a hybrid environment.
