🚀 We’re Hiring | Customer Relationship Manager Intern
Velvikx is an emerging furniture & home-solutions startup focused on making the way people furnish their spaces simpler, more personalized and better coordinated.
We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Manager Intern to be the bridge between Velvikx and our customers.
What You’ll Do
Handle customer consultations & understand requirements
Coordinate site visits
Maintain customer communication
Support customers throughout their journey
Collect feedback & build referral opportunities
Update CRM and customer records
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills
Confident and customer-friendly personality
Good follow-up & coordination skills
