WE’RE HIRING | Customer Relationship Executive
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Qualification: Graduation
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally and assist with their queries.
- Provide timely support and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Follow up with customers as required.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Minimum qualification: Graduation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates residing in or near Kochi, Kerala, are preferred.
