Role Description The Customer Experience Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end member experience, from initial inquiry and onboarding to ongoing engagement and retention. Daily tasks include managing member communications, addressing feedback and concerns, monitoring satisfaction levels, and coordinating with coaches and staff to ensure a seamless experience. The Customer Experience Manager will also implement improvements in service processes, and support community-building activities within the facility. This role works closely with leadership to maintain a welcoming environment and uphold High 5 Performance’s standards of service.

- Candidates must possess strong Customer Experience Skills to design and manage an exceptional end-to-end member journey.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships with members.
- Relevant experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or service-oriented environments is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple member interactions simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
