Customer Care Executive (E-commerce | WFO – Jaipur)

💬 Role Overview:
Be the face of our customer experience! Handle interactions across store, calls & chats, and ensure a smooth, personalized shopping journey for every customer.
💼 What You’ll Do:
✔ Resolve customer queries efficiently
✔ Coordinate with internal teams for quick updates
✔ Manage appointments & customer communication
✔ Maintain records & uphold service excellence
🎯 Who Can Apply:
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✔ Customer service experience (preferred)
✔ Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
✔ Willing to work on-site (Jaipur) & during peak seasons
✔ Basic computer knowledge (CRM/POS is a plus)
💰 Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 (based on interview & past salary)
📍 Location: Jaipur (WFO)
