WE’RE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES
We’re looking for 2 smart, sharp and customer-focused individuals to join our team.
This is not just a typical customer support role. We’re looking for people who can communicate confidently, think on their feet and genuinely solve customer problems.
What you’ll do:
* Handle customer calls, WhatsApp & queries
* Resolve order, delivery, return & exchange concerns
* Help customers make the right product decisions
* Handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
* Ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand
What we’re looking for:
* Fluent English & Hindi communication
* Sharp mind and strong common sense
* Excellent communication skills
* Patient, confident & solution-oriented
* Smart and professional personality
* Comfortable speaking with customers
* Freshers with the right attitude are welcome
Experience: 0–3 years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month
