Urgent hiring for Customer Account Manager
Profile - Customer Account Manage

Responsibiliti
esAct as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned customer account
s.Build strong relationships with plant operations, production, logistics, and management team
s.Conduct monthly review meetings and present performance report
s.Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concern
s.Monitor daily operations of RFID-based automation systems deployed at customer plant
s.Track system health, alerts, exceptions, and operational KPI
s.Coordinate with support, development, and implementation teams for issue resolutio
n.Understand RFID readers, tags, handheld devices, weighbridges, vehicle tracking, and material movement processe
s.Monitor automation workflows related to dispatch, gate management, weighmen
t.Coordinate new deployments, enhancements, and change request
s.Analyze operational and business dat
a.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS report
s.Support account revenue collection, growth and renewal activitie
s.Gather customer feedback and recommend product enhancement
s.

ls.Strong understanding of RFID technology and industrial automati
on.Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, or plant operatio
