Role Description
The Curriculum Designer Intern is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. This intern will collaborate with educators and the academic team to design and refine curriculum content for Grades 1–10 in Mathematics, Science, and English, with a focus on visual, concept-based learning. Daily responsibilities include researching educational standards, drafting lesson plans and learning activities, creating assessments and quizzes, and aligning materials with Vizdemy’s interactive teaching methodology. The role also involves reviewing and updating existing content, preparing teaching aids and visual resources, and ensuring materials are age-appropriate, engaging, and easy to understand. The intern will participate in feedback sessions with instructors, support documentation of curriculum guidelines, and contribute ideas to enhance learner engagement and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and familiarity with school-level curricula for Grades 1–10.
- Skills in Curriculum Development to design structured, concept-based learning paths.
- Instructional Design abilities to create interactive, visual, and learner-centered materials.
- Proficiency in Writing and content creation with clear, concise, and age-appropriate language.
- Research skills to align content with educational standards and identify effective teaching strategies.
- Attention to detail and ability to organize content logically across grades and subjects.
- Comfort working on-site in Kolkata and collaborating with educators and cross-functional teams.
- Pursuing or completed degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Technology, or related field is preferred.
- Basic digital skills (e.g., office productivity tools, presentation software); experience with edtech platforms or visual design tools is a plus.
- Interest in innovative pedagogy, visual learning, and creating equitable, inclusive learning experiences.
