39K Group is Hiring: Crypto Market Maker / Algorithmic Trader
Location: Gurgaon, India
We are looking for highly skilled and performance-driven traders to join 39K Group’s crypto market-making team. The role is focused on algorithmic trading, liquidity provision, inventory management, and execution across crypto spot and perpetual markets.
🔹 What You’ll Trade:
• Exchanges: Binance, Bybit, OKX, Deribit, and other leading venues
• Markets: BTC, ETH, altcoins, spot, perpetuals, and derivatives
• Pairs: Crypto/USDT, Crypto/USDC, fiat/stablecoin pairs, and dollar stablecoin-based markets
• Trading Style: Algorithmic, market making, systematic, quantitative, short holding period, and delta-neutral strategies

• Strong execution discipline and risk-adjusted returns
• Understanding of market microstructure, liquidity behavior, and order book dynamics
• Experience trading fiat/stablecoin and dollar stablecoin-based markets
