🚨 Hiring: Credentialing Executives – US Healthcare RCM
*ACE FIDENTIAL HEALTHTECH SERVICES* is a US Healthcare RCM company based in *Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi*, looking for a skilled and detail-oriented *Credentialing Executive* to join our growing team.
📌 Position: Credentialing Executive
*Industry:* US Healthcare / Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
*Experience:* 1+ year of relevant US Healthcare Credentialing experience
*Job Type:* Full-time | On-site
*Location:* Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi
💼 Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing processes.
* Complete and maintain provider applications with insurance companies and healthcare payers.
* Handle CAQH profile creation, maintenance, and re-attestation.
* Verify provider licenses, DEA, NPI, malpractice insurance, certifications, and other required documents.
* Follow up with insurance companies and payers regarding credentialing status and applications.
* Maintain accurate and updated credentialing records and documentation.
* Track expirations, renewals, and re-credentialing deadlines.
* Resolve credentialing-related discrepancies and issues in a timely manner.
* Coordinate with internal teams and healthcare providers as required.
* Ensure compliance with payer and company requirements.
🎯 Requirements
* Minimum *1 year of experience in US Healthcare Credentialing*.
* Good understanding of US Healthcare RCM and payer processes.
* Knowledge of *CAQH, NPI, Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers* will be preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple providers/tasks and meet deadlines.
* Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
* Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
* Candidates residing near *Dwarka Sector 13, New Delhi* will be preferred.
* Candidate should be comfortable working in *morning and night shifts*, as per business requirements.
