Job details:
We are looking for a Creative Content Writer who can turn ideas, business goals, and brand stories into content that people actually want to read, watch, and engage with.
You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and design teams to create content for multiple in-house clients and brands across different industries. This is not a role limited to writing blogs or social media captions — we are looking for someone who understands creative communication, storytelling, audience psychology, and brand voice.
The ideal candidate should be curious, creative, observant, and capable of switching between different brands, audiences, and communication styles.
You should be able to take a simple brief such as “We need a campaign for this product” and turn it into a strong creative concept, messaging direction, content ideas, hooks, captions, scripts, and campaign narratives.
What You'll Be Doing1. Social Media Content
- Develop creative and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Write high-quality captions, hooks, headlines, taglines, carousel copy, and short-form content.
- Develop content ideas based on brand objectives, audience interests, trends, and cultural moments.
- Create content that is informative, entertaining, emotional, conversational, or promotional depending on the campaign objective.
- Adapt the same idea into different formats and platforms.
2. Video & Reel Scripts
- Write scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, explainer videos, and promotional videos.
- Develop strong opening hooks that capture attention within the first few seconds.
- Create storytelling structures for short-form and long-form videos.
- Write presenter-led, voice-over, conversational, educational, and promotional scripts.
- Collaborate with the creative and production team to make scripts practical for filming.
3. Campaign Concept & Creative Thinking
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original campaign ideas.
- Develop creative concepts around products, services, offers, launches, and brand stories.
- Think beyond individual posts and understand how multiple pieces of content can work together as a campaign.
- Develop campaign themes, key messages, creative hooks, taglines, and storytelling directions.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to make our clients' communication more distinctive.
4. Brand Communication
Since you will work with multiple clients, you will be expected to understand and maintain different brand voices and personalities.
You will:
- Study each client's brand, target audience, products, and positioning.
- Develop content according to the individual brand's tone of voice.
- Know the difference between writing for a premium brand, educational brand, youth-focused brand, service business, startup, or corporate company.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across different platforms.
- Translate complicated products or services into simple, relatable communication.
5. Marketing & Advertising Copy
You will also create copy for:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- Landing pages
- Website content
- Promotional campaigns
- Lead-generation campaigns
- WhatsApp marketing
- Email campaigns
- Brochures and marketing materials
- Product/service launches
- Offers and promotional creatives
The ability to write short, persuasive copy will be an important part of this role.
Research & Trend Awareness
A good creative writer doesn't simply write — they observe.
You will be expected to:
- Research industries, competitors, products, and audiences.
- Keep up with social media trends and emerging content formats.
- Identify interesting cultural moments, conversations, and trends that brands can participate in.
- Research before writing rather than relying entirely on assumptions.
- Understand why certain content works and why certain content fails.

What Makes This Role Different?
You won't be writing for just one brand.
You will get the opportunity to work with multiple businesses, industries, audiences, and brand personalities.
One day you might be developing content for an education brand. The next day you could be working on a travel campaign, a technology product, a lifestyle brand, or a business service.
This means you will constantly be challenged to think differently, research quickly, understand new audiences, and develop fresh creative approaches.
If you are someone who gets bored writing the same type of content every day, you'll probably enjoy this role.
Our Ideal Candidate
We're not necessarily looking for someone with the longest resume.
We are looking for someone who can show us:
“Give me a product, a target audience, and a goal — I'll find an interesting way to communicate it.”
Your ability to think, observe, research, and communicate creatively matters more than simply producing grammatically correct sentences.
Portfolio
A portfolio is highly preferred.
Please share examples of:
- Social media content
- Campaign concepts
- Video/Reel scripts
- Advertising copy
- Brand storytelling
- Creative campaigns
- Blogs/articles, if applicable
If you don't have professional client work yet, you can also share self-created campaigns, sample concepts, college projects, personal content, or speculative brand work.
Performance Expectations
During the first few months, you will be expected to:
- Understand our clients and their audiences.
- Consistently produce high-quality content.
- Develop original content ideas rather than relying only on templates.
- Improve the quality of hooks, scripts, captions, and campaign messaging.
- Work effectively with designers, video editors, marketers, and account managers.
- Take ownership of assigned content projects from brief to final copy.
Why Join Us?
- Work with multiple brands and industries.
- Get exposure to real-world marketing campaigns.
- Work alongside designers, marketers, video creators, and strategists.
- Develop both creative and marketing skills.
- Opportunity to work on campaigns that go beyond routine social media posting.
- Build a strong professional portfolio through real client projects.
- A creative environment where ideas are encouraged.
