We're hiring: Creative & Social Media Executive
CaseView — our new mobile app that helps ordinary people in India track their court cases — is launching in Kerala. We're looking for one person to own how it shows up online.
If you can edit a Reel, design a carousel, and run a social feed with taste and speed, we'd like to talk.
About the role
You'll be the person turning our ideas into things people actually see on their feed. Short-form videos, carousel posters, Reels, community engagement, and the daily rhythm of our social channels — all yours.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts and YouTube (mostly 30–90 seconds)
- Design carousel posters and static creatives for Instagram and Facebook
- Own day-to-day social media — posting, replying, engaging with the community
- Collaborate with our team and outside creators on content shoots
- Track what's working and iterate weekly
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing or graphic design (both is ideal)
- Comfort with tools like Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci Resolve, and Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva
- The ability to create content in Malayalam — this is a big plus
- A working understanding of how Reels, Shorts and Instagram actually perform in 2026
- Someone who ships fast, takes feedback well, and doesn't need a manager for every step
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Ability to shoot your own footage (phone quality is fine)
- Genuine interest in law, courts, or civic issues in India
