Creative Services Lead | Kochi | Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are looking for a Creative Services Lead to join G10X and lead our in house creative team.
This is a hands on leadership role, not just people management. You will lead a small team while personally creating high impact business presentations, proposals, reports and executive communications that influence customers and senior stakeholders.
What you will do:
- Lead and mentor the Creative Services team
- Design impactful PowerPoint presentations, proposals and business documents
- Transform complex information into compelling visual stories
- Improve content flow, messaging and structure, not just formatting
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer facing and internal materials
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and Leadership on strategic deliverables
We are looking for someone with:
- 10+ years in Creative Services, Presentation Design or Business Communications
- 3-5 years of team leadership experience (mandatory)
- Expert level PowerPoint skills; strong Word & Excel design skills
- Experience creating executive presentations, proposals and reports
- Strong storytelling, visual communication and stakeholder management skills
- Figma experience is a plus
- Willingness to work from our Kochi office
