About ADSY
ADSY Digital (Mars Consultancy Services) is a Muzaffarnagar-based digital marketing agency helping local businesses — schools, hospitals, restaurants, and retail — grow through social media, websites, and paid ads. We're a small, fast-moving team scaling from founder-led to department-led operations, and these leadership hires are the first layer of leadership hires as we do that.
What You'll Do
• Own all video editing, graphic design, reels, and static content output across every client account.
• Build and manage the monthly content calendar with the Marketing Head and Operations Head.
• Review and approve all creative work before it goes to client approval — quality control is your call.
• Manage Designers, Content Creators, and Design/Content Interns — assign work, give feedback, and run revisions.
• Set and maintain ADSY's visual/brand consistency standards across clients.
• Keep revision rounds to ≤2 per deliverable across the team.
Tools & Software Experience Required
Video Editing
• Adobe Premiere Pro or CapCut (Pro) — Mandatory
• DaVinci Resolve is a plus
Graphic Design
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or Canva Pro at an advanced level
• Experience with templates, brand kits, and bulk creation
Motion Graphics (Good to Have)
• After Effects basics
Collaboration / Project Management
• Comfortable working inside a CRM/task board (training will be provided)
• Prior Trello, Asana, or Notion experience is preferred
File Handling
• Google Drive
• Shared Drives
• Version-controlled file naming
Other Requirements
• A portfolio of real client/brand work (not just personal projects) — this is non-negotiable at interview stage.
• Can give direct, specific feedback to a team without being harsh or vague.
• Understands what "on-brand" means for a school vs. a restaurant vs. a hospital — different visual language per vertical.
• Comfortable with tight monthly deadlines across multiple clients simultaneously.
