Role Description The 3D Visualizer at Akasa Coworking will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and walkthroughs that accurately represent proposed workspace designs and concepts. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves collaborating closely with design, project, and marketing teams to translate architectural plans and interior design concepts into visually compelling digital assets. Daily tasks include developing 3D models, applying appropriate materials and lighting, refining visuals based on feedback, and ensuring design outputs align with brand standards and project requirements. The role also includes preparing presentation-ready graphics, assisting with design iterations, and maintaining an organized library of 3D assets and reference materials.
Qualifications
Create 3D models, Rendered layouts, and realistic renders for coworking and commercial interior projects.
Develop 3D concepts for reception areas, cabins, workstations, meeting rooms, lounges, cafeterias, and common areas.
Understand client requirements and convert them into practical 3D design concepts.
Should have good lighting skills, material and textures detailing.
Coordinate with the designer manager on 3D concepts.
Make design modifications based on client and management feedback.
Maintain 3D design standards.
Required Software Skills
AutoCAD
SketchUp
3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona
Lumion / Enscape / D5 Render will be an advantage
Adobe Photoshop
MS Office
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, office interiors, coworking spaces, or workspace design.
Strong understanding of interior materials.
Good knowledge of Modelling of furniture, lighting, finishes.
Strong visualisation and presentation skills.
Creative approach with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
