Role Description The Creative Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Udaipur, collaborating closely with the wedding planning and decor teams to develop visually engaging designs for events and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating digital and print graphics, mood boards, layouts, and presentations that support wedding concepts, branding, and client communication. The role involves designing logos, Social Media Photos, monograms, invitations, signage, and other visual elements that align with each wedding’s theme and the company’s brand identity. The designer will adapt concepts for web and social media content, ensuring consistent visual storytelling across platforms. Additional tasks include working with photographers, decorators, and vendors to translate creative ideas into execution-ready artwork, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print materials.
- Candidates should possess skills in Branding and Logo Design to create cohesive visual identities for events and the company.
- Candidates should possess skills in Web Design to support online portfolios, landing pages, and social media visuals.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar) is beneficial.
- Relevant experience in event, wedding, or hospitality design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines is essential.
- A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is advantageous, though equivalent experience will be considered.
