What the Role Is
- Design and implement analog and mixed-signal circuits for advanced PowerTile IC designs for AI processors
- Define top-level specifications in collaboration with system architects and product teams.
- Perform transistor-level design, simulation, and verification across PVT corners using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Work closely with system, test, and product engineers to ensure successful product development.
Skills & Qualifications
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of hands-on analog/mixed-signal IC design experience.
- Strong foundation in device physics, analog circuit theory, and CMOS/BiCMOS processes.
- Solid understanding of analog design fundamentals (gain, stability, noise, mismatch, compensation).
- Proficiency with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or equivalent EDA tools.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and technical leadership abilities.
