Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Creative Designer at SAT REAL ESTATE LLC. The Creative Designer will develop visual concepts and design materials that support the firm’s brand across digital , including presentations, marketing collateral, social media assets, and web interfaces. The Creative Designer will work independently while participating in remote reviews and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to edit real estate photo and video is as important as graohic design skills.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Creative Design and Graphic Design skills to produce professional, cohesive visual materials.
- Candidates should possess solid Graphics and Web Design skills to create digital assets, website layouts, and online marketing content.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Branding and visual identity development to maintain and evolve the company’s brand across all touchpoints.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar) and experience creating designs for both digital and print channels.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret briefs, and skill in presenting design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in corporate, financial, or real estate environments is beneficial, along with familiarity with data visualization and infographics.
- Degree or professional certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage deadlines, and collaborate across time zones.
