What we're looking for
• Strong technical command of aircraft, aircraft systems and powerplants, with the ability to make complex topics simple
• Sufficient flying experience and aviation operations
• Proven instructional experience, including curriculum design, classroom delivery and assessment
• Pilot qualifications. DGCA licences, a military aviation background or instructor credentials are a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for mentoring
• Sound organisational discipline and familiarity with regulatory requirements
• A safety-first mindset and a commitment to staying current with aviation regulations and technology
