Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for B.Tech students.
- Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for placement opportunities.
- Identify and onboard new companies for campus recruitment and placement drives.
- Coordinate with recruiters for job descriptions, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, assessments, and offer rollouts.
- Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, tests, interviews, and selection processes.
- Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement data, interviews, selections, and offers.
- Ensure timely communication with students regarding placement opportunities, eligibility, schedules, and recruitment processes.
