Role Description The Corporate Curated Gifting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for leading the end-to-end management of corporate gifting programs. This role involves conceptualizing curated gift collections for corporate clients, including joining kits, festive gifting, and bespoke solutions aligned with brand guidelines and budget. The manager will work closely with sales, procurement, and operations teams to source products, negotiate with vendors, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of gifting projects. Day-to-day activities include client consultations, proposal development, pricing and margin analysis, project planning, and quality control of all curated gift sets. The role also includes monitoring market trends, introducing innovative and sustainable gifting options, maintaining detailed documentation and reports, and driving continuous improvement in gifting processes and client experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate gifting, merchandising, or procurement, with strong skills in product curation, vendor management, and cost optimization.
- Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, needs assessment, proposal creation, and negotiation for large corporate accounts.
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, coordination, deadline management, and attention to detail across multiple simultaneous campaigns.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or procurement tools, with the ability to track budgets, margins, and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of sustainable products and interest in environmentally responsible business practices, aligned with Benir’s sustainability mission.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field; prior experience in B2B or enterprise-focused environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and take ownership of outcomes with a customer-centric mindset.
