Role Description: The Copywriter role is a full-time, hybrid position based in New Delhi, with flexibility for work-from-home days. The Copywriter will craft clear, compelling copy for campaigns, brand narratives, websites, social media, and editorial pieces aligned with the agency’s cultural and creative vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts with the creative team, writing and refining press releases, collaborating with designers and strategists, and adapting copy to different formats and audiences. The role also involves proofreading and editing content for accuracy and consistency, supporting marketing initiatives with strong written communication, and participating in client meetings or internal reviews to present and refine ideas.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Writing and Communication skills, with the ability to tailor tone and style for diverse audiences and platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Marketing, including experience creating brand-aligned messaging and campaign copy.
- Candidates should possess Proofreading skills, with attention to detail, grammar, and consistency across all written materials.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in copywriting for creative agencies, magazines, or cultural projects and familiarity with contemporary culture and branding.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a hybrid environment, collaborating in person in New Delhi and remotely, and managing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- A relevant academic background in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if skills are demonstrably strong.
