Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Raipur. The Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for web pages, product descriptions, marketing campaigns, in-store communication, and social media. Daily tasks include researching fashion trends and customer preferences, writing and revising content to support promotions and seasonal collections, and proofreading materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role involves collaborating with marketing and merchandising teams to develop content that drives engagement, strengthens NEOMO’s brand voice, and supports both online and in-store initiatives. The Content Writer will also help maintain content calendars and contribute ideas to improve the overall customer communication experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
- Experience in Content Strategy and Research to plan, structure, and optimize content for various platforms and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Proofreading to ensure error-free, accurate, and polished copy across all customer touchpoints.
- Excellent command of English; knowledge of Hindi or regional languages is an advantage.
- Understanding of fashion retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic familiarity with SEO principles and content management or publishing tools is beneficial.
