Position Title: Content Writer, Marketing Team

About the Role
We are looking for a strong Content Writer to join our Content Marketing team in the Admissions Department at BML Munjal University (a Hero Group initiative). The role involves developing clear marketing content across outreach and admission channels to boost student recruitment. The person will work closely with faculty, outreach teams, counsellors, designers and external agencies to take content from idea to execution.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Copywriting
- Maintain the University’s content calendar and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Write marketing copy across digital and offline channels, including websites, landing pages, brochures, social media, emailers, and ad campaigns.
- Develop campaign messaging, programme positioning and communication assets for different audiences.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency and quality.
- Follow up with stakeholders for periodic inputs, reviews and approvals.
Email Marketing & CRM Communication
- Develop email campaigns across the admissions and marketing funnel, from awareness to application to conversion.
- Write subject lines, email copy, CTAs and nurture journeys.
- Review campaign performance and use insights to improve content and communication.
- Nurture communication journeys for large and diverse database.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, content marketing, communications or a related field.
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing feedback from different teams.
- Experience in email marketing and CRM communication.
CTC Offered: 4–6 LPA, depending on the candidate’s overall experience and last drawn CTC.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
