Company Description
ASAP Media is a creative media agency focused on thoughtful storytelling, visual direction, and clear brand identity. The team partners closely with lifestyle brands in fashion, jewelry, skincare, travel, and home décor to shape their voice and develop refined, consistent digital content. Emphasizing honesty to the brand and meaningful audience connections, ASAP Media prioritizes ideas over trends or algorithms. The agency believes strong brands are built through clarity, consistency, and intentional creative decisions, creating a foundation that supports natural growth.
Role Description
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just consume content, but understands why it works. Someone with a strong eye for detail, a good understanding of brands and culture, and the ability to switch between completely different brand genres while keeping each one distinct. The Content Strategist & Copy Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hauz Khas. This role involves developing content strategies for lifestyle brands, planning content calendars, and aligning messaging with each brand’s identity and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing and editing copy for websites, social media, campaigns, and branded content, as well as refining tone of voice and storytelling across channels. The role also includes managing content workflows, collaborating with designers and account managers, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output that supports a cohesive digital presence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong sense of narrative, attention to detail, and the ability to translate brand values into engaging, clear and expectional copy.
Role: Content Strategist & Copy Writer
Experience: 1–2 years
Work Mode: Hybrid
Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
• A strong eye for detail, aesthetics and visual communication
• The ability to understand different genres of brands : from fashion, jewellery and lifestyle to F&B, hospitality and more : and build a different content approach for each
• Strong industry and brand knowledge. You should actively know what brands are doing, what’s happening culturally and what is changing on social media
• Someone who can ideate independently. AI can be a tool, but it cannot be where your ideas begin and end. We’re looking for original thought, references, observations and creative instinct
• The ability to build content strategies, content pillars, campaign ideas and monthly content plans based on a brand’s positioning and audience
• A clear understanding of Instagram and other social platforms : formats, algorithms, trends, audience behaviour and what works differently across platforms
• Understanding of social media insights and analytics : reach, engagement, saves, shares, watch time, retention, profile activity etc. : and the ability to use these insights to improve future content
• Ability to ideate reels, carousels, static posts, stories, shoots, UGC and campaign concepts, rather than simply filling slots in a calendar
• Strong research skills and the curiosity to constantly discover brands, campaigns, creators, visual references and emerging trends
• Good copy sense : you should understand hooks, storytelling, tone of voice and how writing changes from one brand to another
• Ability to work closely with designers, editors and the wider creative team and communicate an idea clearly enough for someone else to execute it
