About the Role
We're looking for a highly creative and business-minded Content Strategist to build one of India's most influential founder personal brands.
You will work directly with Vipan Bansal, founder of Next Chapter House, documenting the journey of building businesses from the ground up while creating educational content around entrepreneurship, business, leadership, startups, real estate, finance, productivity, and founder life.
This isn't a typical social media job. You'll help turn real business experiences into content that educates, inspires, and builds trust.
Your ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy
- Build monthly content calendars.
- Identify trending business topics and content opportunities.
- Plan content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
- Research successful creators and adapt winning formats.
Script Writing
- Write engaging scripts for:
- Reels
- LinkedIn posts
- Carousels
- YouTube videos
- Founder stories
- Business explainers
- Create strong hooks, storytelling, and CTAs.
Content Research
Research topics such as:
- Startups
- Entrepreneurship
- Business models
- Marketing
- Branding
- Leadership
- Real estate
- Finance
- AI & technology
- Consumer behaviour
- Industry trends
Personal Brand Growth
Help position Vipan Bansal as a trusted voice in:
- Business
- Entrepreneurship
- Leadership
- Community living
- Real estate
- Startup building
Social Media Planning
- Maintain weekly and monthly posting schedules.
- Coordinate with the video editor and design team.
- Suggest thumbnail, carousel, and reel ideas.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets.
Performance Analysis
Track and improve:
- Reach
- Engagement
- Watch time
- Followers
- Shares
- Saves
- Click-through rates
Provide weekly reports with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in content strategy, social media, or copywriting.
- Excellent English writing skills. Hindi/Hinglish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong understanding of storytelling and audience psychology.
- Ability to simplify complex business concepts into engaging content.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube content.
- Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Google Docs, Canva, and basic analytics platforms.
- Passion for startups, business, and entrepreneurship.
Bonus Skills
- Basic video editing knowledge.
- Thumbnail ideation.
- SEO understanding.
- AI-assisted content creation.
- Experience working with founders or personal brands.
