What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-End Content Creation: Script, edit, and optimize high-retention Reels, Shorts, and visually striking graphics/posters.
- Hook & Retention Strategy: Analyze performance data to refine hooks, visual pacing, and caption strategies that maximize reach.
- Ideation & Brainstorming: Lead weekly creative sessions to turn viral travel trends into high-converting branded content.
- Creator Collaboration: Partner with top travel creators to remix, curate, and elevate community-driven travel stories.
- Accountability & Execution: Own your creative calendar end-to-end and deliver high-quality assets on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- Editing & Design Mastery: Hands-on experience with video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut) and graphic design (Canva, Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Hook-Obsessed Mindset: Deep understanding of what stops the scroll—audio trends, visual pacing, and strong open hooks.
- High Ownership: You treat brand growth like your own, take deadlines seriously, and solve problems proactively.
- Portfolio Required: A reel, active page, or portfolio showing off your design and editing skills.
