Position: Video & Digital Production InternLocation: Kolkata (On-site / In-office)
Internship Duration: 6 months
Stipend: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month

Role OverviewWe are looking for creative and enthusiastic Video & Digital Production Interns along with content researcher to support the creation, editing, and publishing of high-quality video and digital content for GreenAI Services.
The intern will work closely with the content, marketing, and leadership teams to produce podcasts, interviews, YouTube programmes, short-form videos, social media content, and other digital assets. This role offers hands-on exposure to the complete content production lifecycle, from recording and editing to publishing, distribution, and performance analysis.
What We Are Looking For- Video Production: Ability to record podcasts, interviews, and other video content using smartphones or cameras, with an understanding of basic framing, composition, and recording techniques.
- Audio & Lighting: Familiarity with basic microphone, audio, lighting, and recording setups for professional-looking content.
- Video Editing: Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing software.
- Short-Form Content: Ability to create engaging Shorts, Reels, and other short-form social media videos from long-form content.
- Graphics & Captions: Basic knowledge of subtitles, captions, thumbnails, transitions, text overlays, and motion graphics.
- Content Publishing: Familiarity with YouTube Studio and social media publishing workflows.
- Analytics & Experimentation: Basic understanding of video performance metrics and willingness to experiment with formats, hooks, titles, thumbnails, and content styles.

Projects That Catch Our Eye- Podcast & Interview Production: Recording and producing high-quality interviews, conversations, podcasts, and expert-led programmes.
- Long-Form to Short-Form Content: Transforming long-form YouTube programmes and interviews into engaging Shorts, Reels, clips, and social media content.
- Digital Content Series: Developing repeatable video formats and content series around AI, education, technology, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation.
- Content Production Systems: Creating efficient workflows for recording, editing, captioning, thumbnail creation, publishing, and content distribution.
- Format Experimentation: Testing different video formats, hooks, thumbnails, titles, and editing styles using audience and performance data.
Key Responsibilities- Record podcasts, interviews, discussions, and other programmes using smartphones/cameras.
- Set up and manage basic audio and lighting equipment.
- Edit long-form YouTube programmes and interview videos.
- Produce engaging Shorts, Reels, and other short-form content.
- Add captions, subtitles, text overlays, transitions, and other relevant elements.
- Design basic thumbnails and visual assets for digital content.
- Create basic motion graphics and animations where required.
- Upload and publish content on YouTube and relevant social media platforms.
- Support podcast distribution across relevant platforms.
- Maintain organized video and project files.
- Monitor basic content analytics and audience engagement.
- Experiment with content formats and editing approaches to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and leadership teams on new digital initiatives.
Eligibility & Qualifications- Students, recent graduates, or candidates with relevant experience in Mass Communication, Media, Film & Television, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Animation, Journalism, or related fields may apply.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio of video editing, YouTube, podcast, or social media content are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, on-site internship in Kolkata.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
