What You'll Be Doing:- Conceptualize and create engaging, internet-first content across Instagram and other social platforms.
- Brainstorm trend driven ideas that are culturally relevant and genuinely entertaining.
- Own the content creation process from an execution lens.
- Be comfortable appearing on camera and creating relatable, personality-led content.
- Collaborate closely with our social media and strategy team to bring campaigns to life.
- Assist in developing content strategies and creative concepts.
- Occasionally capture in-store content and brand activations (based on project requirements).
- Shoot short-form videos, behind-the-scenes content, reels, interviews, and trend-led formats.
- Stay updated with platform trends, viral formats, memes, and emerging creator culture.
- Coordinate basic production requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Bring positive energy, creativity, and fresh perspectives to every shoot.
We're Looking For Someone Who:- Loves creating content, even when nobody asks.
- Is comfortable speaking and performing on camera.
- Has a good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form content, and internet culture.
- Can think creatively while also executing independently.
- Knows basic mobile videography and framing.
- Has a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
- Can edit videos using apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools (bonus points!).
- Is proactive, enthusiastic, and loves experimenting with ideas.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment.
